Thousands of millions are watching the USA-Germany World Cup match right now and rooting for the United States to win the match. Rihanna is not among those millions.
Singer Rihanna throughout the game with Germany, she continued tweeting her support for any team playing against the United States.
And Portugal (mostly for Cristiano Ronaldo):

The pop superstar decided to take to Twitter shortly after Germany took a 1-0 lead in the game, sending out a two-word post that some met with surprise, others with horror:

The Barbados native is a self-professed soccer nut, and to be fair, her tweets about the World Cup have been golden (goal-den?) nuggets on our timelines.

Before anyone starts boycotting any concerts or burning any CDs (because #Merica), it’s worth pointing out that Rihanna was not born in the States. She was born in Barbados, a country with no skin in the game. But—if only because she lives here now—you have to wonder why she’s trolling Team USA? Maybe Kyle Beckerman sold her bad weed once? (Just kidding, white dudes with dreads only look like weed dealers).
