The 2014 Geneva International Motor Show, which opens to the public on March 6, is one of the most prestigious showcases for vehicle design and top-end sports cars.

Lamborghini is showing the Huracan, Ferrari is to debut the California T, and Bentley will highlight the Continental GT Speed, a faster model of what was already its fastest car.

The mood was high ahead of the show, with show organizers expecting 250 exhibitors to present more than 146 automotive premieres — compared with 133 in 2013.
