Susan Mitchelson pictured, was found dead in her own home by emergency services on Tuesday morning November 17, according to the Mirror.

The 45-year-old who is from Blyth, Northumberland, worked as a dinner lady and cleaner at the nearby Morpeth Road Primary Academy.

“We are all devastated at the sad news of Susan’s death,” Mike Bell, Head Teacher said. ”In addition to being a very diligent and hardworking member of our team, she was a supportive colleague and a much loved friend to us all. She will be greatly missed by staff and students alike. Our condolences go out to her family and friends at this difficult time.”

Police said they had received a report ‘expressing concern’ for Susan at her home at around 7.23 am on Monday. Officers attended and found her body inside. Two ambulances were called, but she was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
