Cristiano Ronaldo has given his Silver Boot Award as a gift to fellow teammate Luis Nani after their victory over France at the UEFA Euro 2016 final match on Sunday July 10 at Stade de France in Paris, France.

Nani posted a photo of himself and the Real Madrid Superstar posing with the trophy on Instagram and wrote, ”You are more than a captain, you are a champion! Thanks for the gift! Go Portugal, We are the Champions!”

Cristiano, 31, scored three goals, making three assists, whereas the 29-year-old Valencia winger Nani scored three but assisted only one goal.

The Golden Boot was awarded to France national team forward Antoine Griezmann who was directly involved in eight of his team’s goals, scoring six goals and assisting twice.
